[Request] Working helmfix NE Female -> UD Male

Hi. I'm new with this model editing stuff and have allready run into some problems.
I have tried all the helmfix guides and tried with Glitchy's Model Editing Suite but i cant get the head to look good!
So I was wondering if anyone could explain how to make it look good or maybe post some helmfix that works?

I could fix you up with a helmfix, just tell me what helm you're using, and what helm you want it to look like.
