Tauren Model Change to Orc Model

I tried to use this model change guide on this website.

And when I completed it and I followed all the instructions, It came out really messed. My Orc was really large like a tauren, but not as big as a tauren, and I had no shoes on. I could see my shoes around my ankle like my tauren, but my feet were showing. Everything else was decent. Sometimes on different races it would make my helmet massive. Even with the helmet patch. Any help on to fix this ? Am i doing this wrong ?

yes I used this and I also had the helmet fix, but my character still came out bare footed and was larger then the normal model
