[Question] Windfury Revisited

I've noticed quite a few posts about this, but I've never found one with a response.

Question is, new windfury grpahic is still disliked by many. I personally do not have the knowledge of editing to personally change (look into changing) the graphic, nor what's involved, so I'm asking someone with the experience to tell me if this is even possible before I venture into looking at how to do it.

Is it:
1) Possible to change the new graphic for windfury and revert it back to the old one (does the old graphic itself even exist anymore?).

2) will this change only windfury, or all of the graphics that share the same effect, but with different coloring (i.e. Thunderfury proc, flame shields of NPC's in Mechanar, etc).

Thank you for any responses to this. If nothing, then I will look into the void and hope that something hits me like a brick.

Does no one really know an answer to this, or is it just getting over looked?

Still looking for an answer to this. So far searching these boards has only provided other posts with similar questions, but no answer.
