[Tauren Swap] Tauren to Nightelf Female

Hey There! Iv'e been trying to do this my self for a very very very long time but i dont seem to get the tauren Male - Night Elf Female work.
As i heard someone that looks in this thread might be able to do it.

I also applied this file and a couple others and every time I wound up bald. I even tried messing with the files myself to kind of customize the color of hair and style I wanted but I couldn't quite find what ORIGINAL file I needed to sub for the new one.

Any help would be appreciated, or a link to a fairly good model edit that I could try out.
