Here you go! Haven't tested but should work.

When the MPQ is downloaded, place the MPQ inside your
WoW Folder\data\enUS

After that, rename the MPQ to patch-enUS-# (# = number. I would recommend replacing # with 4 if you don't already have patch-enUS-4. However, if you do, use 5 or a little higher.)

If you encounter any errors, please post them on this thread, and I will get to work on them as soon as I can.
