Mount Changing

Been trying for 2 weeks now, but everytime I end up on riding on a ghost (invisible mount) or bugged colors/feathers. So I need some help from the proffs!

Hum, so when I mount up nothing is changed on my tiger ..
downloaded some other ones just to test and they did work so is it someting with the file ? Anyhow, thanks a lot for helping

Anyhow, merfed as you seem to be an real proff, I've been really trying to get HuF -> ScM. It worked, I fixed myself a jaw , tried to change haircut (also worked) but still it had my human female body skin and a short haircut even tho it got changed a bit after I did that haircut thingie from the guide(big + for that)

What I was wondering, is it actually possible to make the undead char you want? with perfect skins and haircut, tried some a bit with my char's style numbers and changed that into other one so i would've been a nice undead guy but It didnt really work, if you know how to do this please let me know and If you could do it (ill list my chars style numbers then)

or a bit more specific, if you change your current char's styles to another human female is my case , one that looks good as undead will that do it?
