In my data folder I only see

common.mpq
Patch-4.mpq
patch.mpq (which is 1kb)
But... WoW runs perfectly.. What happened to the other files?
Ohh and Im getting an error in MWCS can anyone help me?

Please always post the error message. It makes it hell for people to help.
There is no single, master error that happens. Different things cause different errors. Anyway, they reorganized and cutdown on the size of the data folder. Literally, it was like 6 gigs before. There was so much repeated data.
Common.mpq has everything that was in the Model, WMO, Patch, Texture and terrain files. DBC, Base, and Misc are spread out in your EnUS folder under Locale-XX stuff.
They kept Patch.mpq so the game would still read multiple patch files; they did it to preserve model editing.
The error your getting, I'm taking a stab, is you trying to view a model. I don't want to explain it..again...but you can't view them. Delete your M2craft.dll to click on 'em.
