Looking for Modeledit Tauren

Hey, i tried few modelchanging but i didnt get it to switch at the new patch from Tauren male to Nightelf Male, i am looking forward to it, maybe somebody could help me.

With the Searchfunction i didnt found anything usefull would be great if somebody could maybe give me the new fix to change a model and the modelchange TaurenMale -> NightelfMale
