Finding .Blps

Hello there.. I am having immense problems finding .blp's for the Gladiator's War Staff. I can find the .m2 of it but not the .blp

Can someone direct me to where I should look? Or a guide or something?

EDIT: Also, I think that the glow around the Glads Staff and the rotating red things are part of a different file than the .blp. Is there a way to reskin those? If so could someone please help me?

An easy way to find the name of a texture is to load the object into WoWModelViewer and then look at the end of the log file. Unfortunately it doesn't tell you which MPQs the BLPs are loaded from but its definitely handy regardless.

Yeah that worked for everything except the weapon I wanted lol. Does anyone else know of other ways to find texture names?

Open the m2 in notepad ++ and ctrl+f for BLP or use cryects tools.

Sometimes, the texture of for example a weapon, lies in WEAPON map OR Weapon map. Just filter it by "find BLP only" , and check those maps. Otherwise you need to check other mpqs too, most of the time weapon textures lies in the Common.mpq or Expansion.mpq . Try your luck.
