Need Help with Reskin

Hi Guys, I tryed to make my first reskin on Raven God by making it glowing and such ":shocked: hsnap:Hi Guys, This is my first reskin ever.hsnap: :shocked:

I had some problems with it in the start and i had to install WoW again before it worked. But now its Tip top.

What's Changed?
- Eyes have been made Yellow light:
- Blue armor have been turned Yellow/Fire
- Blue Parts of Feathers is now Glowing.

But it still wont work, i used the guide by Glynnbeard, i took the square picture and changed some stuff on it. Then i made it to the right fileformat but it still doesnt work. How do i change the "in-game" skin?
