(help) changing model shape

im sure its been asked but i searched "change shape" and nothin so here i am

i maged to change the skin but the taurenbear shape is bit trickier
lookin to change to gorilla

i DID try b4 asking
since it made sence to me i figured i could take the gorilla.m2 extract a copy
delete the taurenbear.m2 and replace it w/ the copied gorilla.m2 file

needless to say it dint work

please make me a guide, thanx


ive been working on it for 10hours total now, still cant find
