Why aren't any of the model changing mpqs I dl working?

I downloaded http://www.verzend.be/v/7509674/Patch_enUS_5.MPQ.html
and renamed it Patch-enUS-4.MPQ and put it in my "EnUs Data Folder". I log onto wow and my undead still looks undead, nothing has changed. Why am I having this problem?

try name it patch-5.mpq (no caps) and put it into ur data folder and make sure the extension is not hidden so it is not accuallt patch-5.mpq.mpq one mistake i made :P

I don't put it in my en-us folder? Just inside data folder? I renamed it patch-5.mpq .. and it still isn't changing anything. Is there something I need to download for it to read the file or something? Because when I try downloading mpqs from this website it says" This file is unknown or damaged".
