download
you just paste that file to your wowfolder/cache/WDB/engb/(or what ever its called if your not europe)
and overwrite the old itemcache file, and if you want it off just delete the file and power up wow, it will make a new one by it self
also the changes does not show up in the login screen, but should work when you are in the game
file changes merciless giadiator's silk set + vindicators silk into netherwind equals

nope, you should just paste it into the cache/WDB/enGB/ folder, works for me :<
try redownloading it
also make sure its called itemcache.wdb
