N.Elf to Mixed Textures

Hello.
I have a night elf but wanted him to look like a Blood Elf,with some custom eyes.
So,Basicly the questions are:
-How do i change my current N.Elf to loof like a Blood elf?I 've read some tutes,so i'm not new to MWCS.
-How do i change my current eye texture?I wanted to draw a special iris on it,then repack it and use it ingame with my elf.

To make it simply,now my Elf looks like this:



And i wanted him to look like this,but with custom eyes:

Well the task of editing a face is fairly simple.
1.) What you would have to do is extract the Male Blood Elf folder somewhere, and convert all of the LOWER faces from .blps to .PNGs.

2.)Then open up the faces in like paint or whatever and edit it. The real repetitive task is editing EVERY face of a Blood Elf Male, where there are over 100 lower faces, because of the many faces and skin color combinations.

3.) Then you would have to rename all of the "LOWER_Blood_Elf_Male_Face##" or whatever it is called with "LOWER_Night_Elf_Male_Face##"

4.) Then create an .MPQ file with all of the custom faces in MWS.
You would do " CHARACTER\Night Elf\Male\ (insert face) "
