[Question] half of the head missing

When I change my Bloofelf Female to a bloodelf male or human male, I am always missing half of the upper head. The textures are just missing.
Can anyone help me fix it? Should I just follow a "fix hair" guide? Or is it something else?
Hope someone can help me out here !

You sure? Because I think I downloaded a helm fix and it didn't solve it.
Afaik helmfixes only change the helm so it fix the new models head.
I need to fix my missing textures :s
