Hair / Face model Change ! Please help

OK, so this is my problem, whenever I try to change one of those 2 things they just don't appear any different ingame.

I used this guide [Guide] Change Hair Color by Vika( sorry cant post links yet need 3 posts)

to change my hair color but I must be doing something wrong.

This is what I do:

Open My Warcraft Studio load common file

1. I find my color and hairstyle that I have, and do copy to treepath

2. Then I search for the color and hairstyle that I want to change

For example I try to change from green short hair to dark short hair of undead.

3. I create patch-s.mpq file

4. I add the hair color that I extracted and at the input the pathname of file to be I press ctrl+v to change it.

5. save and run wow with model fix.

Whan am I doing wrong ?

Your hairchange patch should have these files:
Character\SCOURGE\Hair01_09.blp
Character\SCOURGE\Hair00_09.blp
Character\SCOURGE\ScalpLowerHair00_09.blp
Character\SCOURGE\ScalpLowerHair01_09.blp
Character\SCOURGE\ScalpUpperHair00_09.blp
Character\SCOURGE\ScalpUpperHair01_09.blp

But with these treepaths:
Character\SCOURGE\Hair00_00.blp
Character\SCOURGE\Hair01_00.blp
Character\SCOURGE\ScalpLowerHair00_00.blp
Character\SCOURGE\ScalpLowerHair01_00.blp
Character\SCOURGE\ScalpUpperHair00_00.blp
Character\SCOURGE\ScalpUpperHair01_00.blp

Just tried this swap out so if it doesnt work for u you did something wrong.

Ive tried what you said , all the green hairstyles got black except mine.

Here is a pic of my hair style, maybe someone know what I did wrong.
