Changed my Mount into a Dodge Viper. last problem: Position of model

So I finally was able to figure out how to convert a CS:S Dodge Viper model into a WoW-compatible m2 with textures and all. I also figured out how to bring it in the game itself and now there is one thing left that makes me crazy:

No matter what I change in Milkshape the model comes up as this:

I thought "ok I only have to move the model a bit up in Milkshape and boom it will work" but I was wrong.....after moving it up it looked like this in MilkShape:

But ingame it looked exactly like on the picture above....
Can anyone PLEASE help me? I would love to release this baby.

you need to enlarge the Z-ass or maby another 1 it will get higher up and stands on it wheels

and if your seriously working on it you could add some wheel spin

i thought of something like this (not sure if it is possible though):
First find out how much of the wheels are under the world
Then add something (maybe an invisible square not sure if the invisible part is possible) to make it higher.

lets say the part of the world where you "stand" is where you are with the car. And somehow the car is under the world, so by adding something to make it higher, the added part would actually get under the world, showing what you want to see

    Tell us if that worked
