Something about patches

Hi everybody, I'm quite old on this forum but until now i haven't posted anything. I played a lot of WoW, on hundreds of pvt servers, but now, all this stuff with leveling...u know, same NPCs, same spell effects, same skins...bores me a lot, so I remembered that few years ago, I managed to totally change the way my Counter-Strike looked and I'm quite good at this. So I wondered if I can do this to WoW...'course I can, but I need some advises from you. 1. First I want to download some skins from this forum to get an idea, etc...I saw that all of 'em are in .MPQ format...how I install them? 2.Maybe I want to create my own skins, or to swap skins...what soft I need? 3. How can I patch all my changes so I can give them to my friends too? I would be very pleased if u can help me. thx
