No one will be able to use that in their Emerald Dream theory.
ED is instanced, and there's no area trigger AKA you cannot get there on live without using hacks. Simple as that.

You realize that quest is VERY old? There are quite alot of quests involving lore and bla bla 'bout the dream.. Emerald Dream WILL be released.

Nice find...but there are hundreds of ED references - eg. 15 mins ago my Sethekk group downed Anzu, and he shouted all kinds of stuff like 'The Emerald Dream is mine!!'.

And a quick WoWWiki visit would do no harm, there are loads of sources, from ingame and from Blizzard employees, about ED and other interesting info
