Broken Programs

Since the last time I reinstalled windows I haven't been able to open my warcraft studio or wow model viewer, wondering if anyone knows how I could fix this/what could be causing problems?

using xp SP2, whenever I open up MWCS it gives me an error window saying the program must be closed immediately, and when I try to open wow model viewer, after I've selected language, nothing happens. :s

It's updated to 2.0, don't know if theres a newer version?
