How do you change area/subzone names?

How do you change area/subzone names? Like for my case, as a GM you can worldport to Quel'thalas which is at 0 4251 -2787 7
When you enter the area/subzone the name flashes on the center of the screen and it displays the area/subzone name over the minimap. How do I edit this name?

I'm sorry but I don't know how to get to the AreaTables.dbc file. Can I get to it with My Warcraft Studio?

yes, you can. try the bunch of .dbc datas, should be contained in Patch-enGB.mpq

Yes.
It's in your enGB/usGB folder, patch-enGB/usGB.MPQ.
Extract it and edit it with DBC Editor.

After attempting this I tried to launch the WoW client and it crashed before I could even see the screen to login and gave me this error:

ERROR #131 (0x85100083) File Corrupt
Program: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft TBC\WoW.exe
File: DBFilesClient\AreaTable.dbc

Any help would be appreciated.

If your change is in World, DBFilesClient or Character, which in your case is, you need to use a Model Edit Fix. Search around on Google or donate to MMOwned to get it.

How do you use Model Edit Fix? I dragged and dropped patch-3.mpq on it and nothing happened.

It's not, it's related to me not being able to get dbc changes to work and my inexperience with Model Edit Fix. Sorry.
