NightElf Male -> Undead Male

Hi, i would like my NightElf Male model to be changed to Undead Male.
I tried it myself but it turned out horrible :s so i was hoping one of the more experienced people could do it for me, or maybe have it somewhere.

I also read about a head bug, and i looked at those files quickly... if anyone could tell me wich file to edit to change the bloodfang hood from male nelf to male ud that would be great also
