[Question] No model edits are working

I am downloading a few model edits off here like just some basic ones. Remove Invisible Wall from AH, Path through deadmines ect, and none of them work. However, I am using the 2.2.3 model edit fix. It isnt working. Anything else Im missing?

you must put the patches into the data folder, rename them patch 3-9 or a-z eg. patch-4.mpq then put wowmodeleditfix into the folder with wow.exe then click end, login click home when it reaches handshaking or w/e
