[Question] Old humans models?

I was searching around in the Creature folder and found a bunch of models of different size shaped models of humans. Why are they there, I have never seen them in-game. They look like alpha or beta models, then blizzard just switched to using normal human models in different armors.

The first one is from the hillsbrad dungeon in caverns of time, dont know about other though

But I think theyre in there for CoT, to experiance old stories and old game version or something.
