[Question] Tauren Edit Size Bug

Everytime I transform a tauren into something smaller, this example, its much and much bigger. Any fix on this?

I'm changing my nelf male into a tauren male, and then the tauren gets really small (i hate it that way), and the mane, tale and feet are white. could anyone tell me how to fix this? please

I need some help with this one too. I want my tauren edits to be smaller:E but I'm noob with modelediting so any advices?

Only works with mobs and not players right? I at least can't seem to pull it off.
