[REQUEST] - Model Swapping with 3.3.5a > 6.0.1

Greetings Ownedcore,

This is my first ever post but recently, I have noticed alot of amazing model swaps so here is my question.
Is it possible to swap 3.3.5a models to 6.0.1 models?
I have a few ideas in mind but I don't know anything when it comes to model editing.

For example; it would be great if someone could change the Heroic versions of -
wowhead.com/item=50730/glorenzelg-high-blade-of-the-silver-hand >>>> wowhead.com/item=118412/greatsword-of-the-inferno
OR
wowhead.com/item=50735/oathbinder-charge-of-the-ranger-general >>>> wowhead.com/item=118409/cloudsong-glaive

If someone could help me out? I'd really appreciate it alot.
