Medallion of the Alliance > Skull of Gul'dan effect

I've already attempted this on my own, but I can't seem to find the right # for The Skull of Gul'dan. It's not in the items.txt currently, and I couldn't find a clue of it in the CSved document. My attempt failed, and I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge of how to pull it off. Mainly, I want the glow from the Skull of Gul'dan, and I was actually wondering if you could change the color from green to blue. Thank you in advance.
