NE Druid Forms

I have been trying to change my druid cat and bear form to the ones like in the video Unstoppable-4. He has his Cat > Gnoll(With wep), Bear> Worgen.

Wat i mostly want to know is how do i get the Gnoll to carry the current wep i am using? I have seen Links to make Bear into Worg but can someoen make one with the cat > gnoll. I'd be very appreciative, and i would try myself but i am terrible with model editing. someone please help
