How to edit the lich king eye's fire?

I cannot find the lich king eye's fire the lich king's texture:

Its both the blue areas. one in the top right is his actual eye, but it wont come out well if you dont edit the one on the left because that's where the helm glows blue around the eyes. so edit both.

Is there a way to edit this with just the blue glow over an existing helmet?
