Recreation of WoW Alpha aspects, Yeh or Neh?

Well, i was thinking today, about maybe if anyone would be able to recreate places like the island of doctor lapidis (Or w/e the name was >_<) and Gillijim's isle (And add paths too) and even developer's playground as they were in the WoW alpha for those people who missed out and never seen the WoW alpha features, of course you could put them all in seperate packages because of the possibility someone would only want to use one. Anyone able to do that? Because i, myself, would consider that, quite rad. Oh, and did i mention theres a nice bundle of rep here for someone who does this? Hehe.

Im not sure but i think they didnt even have the same file formats as in actual wow for example adts.
