How to start?

Hey, I've been really interested in building, modeling, and ect. forever now. But.. where do I begin? I want to do what other people do, ya know? Like go into a certain area, place what I want to place, make it how I want it to be. Anyone know where I can learn how to and get really good?

am sure you can, it needs time, patience and practice. just take noggit and use it for practice. Also read some about wow file formats, because many things needs other programs to edit it. these's no one program that you can do everything in one. It is fascintig thing when you can see effects of your work. Many tutorials or tips you can find here on ownedcore or modcraft forum, but dont expect somebody will give you redy solution "on silver plate". Bit invention and imagination and yo can do all you wish.

I learned by mimicking others. I use to download reskin patches and then open them up to see what was needed in order for them to work. I'm still very much a noob at wow modding, and I expect a lot of trial and error to fill up most of my learning experience.

You should dedicate yourself to learn as much as you can, either by yourself or by tutorials. If you have a friend that is into wow modding ask for some helpful first time advice.
