[Question] TBC Alpha Blood Elf Model

So, anyone got a clue where I could find these?
[Question] TBC Alpha Blood Elf Model-bloodelves-jpeg

I even downloaded the friends and family TBC Alpha, yet as I searched the MPQs, their model was not of that. It was the regular model we all have now. I checked in game to confirm this.

So does anyone have anything to get these files? I'm not asking you go out of your way to make me a patch, I'd be grateful for the MPQ the model is located in.

Are you sure it's a different model? It looks like the regular model to me, just posing differently

It's a modified Night Elf model, I believe, similar to the High Elves pre-BC. Here's another look at it.

And an even older model: http://img.donanimhaber.com/upfiles/...84F24D1329.jpg

These are from TBC alpha client, early belves was more skinny. Here you have patch with them. patch contains 2 versions of m2s
    original equal to vanilla 0x0001 m2 v.
    and tbc converted to 0x0004 m2 v.

depends of of client you want use them rename the model names inside patch.

Doesn't seem to do anything. I tried viewing the BloodElfMale_orgy.m2 in WMV and MWCS and it showed up as nothing. I went ingame and the model is invis. I'm trying to play on a 3.3.5. client w/ it, btw.

EDIT* I think you missed a .skin file. Model swaps usually consit of a .m2 a .blp and a .skin file.

He didn't, Czar. These models are for TBC, back then the .skin files were not existant in WoW. An .M2 from TBC will have to be converted in order to work, and it is a major pain.

Oh, geez. Is there some step process in converting it, or would a simple .mdx -> .m2 converter be able to produce a .skin file?

I have a tutorial on Modcraft for converting MDX to M2. But if you think converting a character model with MDX TO M2 is "A simple mdx to m2 converter" then you are mistaken :P That is probably the hardest shit one can attempt to do in WoW MPQ-modding.
