Tier 5 helm to Bonescythe helmet problem

Ok so I changed the Rogue Tier 5 helm to rogue tier 3 helm. When I get into the game my hair is missing? I fixed the blp too. Only thing wrong is that my hair shows up like if I was bald. Anything I'm missing to do? Any Help is appreciated, plus rep for help.

I'd suggest you to make a itemcache edit. I did never have problems with the hair after a helm swap. (I remember when I made a T4 helmet -> Bonescythe helm change on my rogue, some months ago, no problems at all.)
