Request: Blank Texture File for Orc Model Change

I'm working on a Orc Female -> Draenei Female model change.

I've got everything pretty much perfect except I need to get rid of the weird texture on the tail and the horns.

I know that I have to get rid of:
FacialLowerHair00_00.blp
FacialUpperHair00_00.blp
ScalpLowerHair00_00.blp
ScalpUpperHair00_00.blp ... and so on

so I used a transparent 1x1 Pixel PNG, used BLPConverter.exe to convert it to blp and made copys of it using those filenames.

When I look at my char at the character select screen it looks like an absolutely perfect Draenei, but when I enter the game the textures are totally ****ed up.
I guess it's a problem with the mip-map levels in the BLP or something, and sadly I don't know what to do about it .

Maybe one of you model changing cracks can give me a hint or maybe even better a "correctly blanked" blp file I can use .

I'd really appreciate any help .
