i dowloaded i put it on desktop to open and when i try to open the first thing looks like a window prgram and i click it and a lil box shows up all black and then disappears real quick help?

1. what is the entire name of the program
2. you go into patch-enGB ( or w/e its called may not be GB might be US) and then look in the folder (the one thats opend in the pic) and look for CreatureModelData.dbc right click and extract it... then open with DBC editor hope i can help with the DBC problem u asked for originaly..
