    Gif Transperency issue all of a sudden w/ wow model viewer

    Hello!

    I have no clue what is going on. I've been using the model viewer for years no issues.
    Now all of a sudden no matter what I do, it wont save with a transparent background .
    I even tried to untick and re tick the transparent box since I know it bugs out sometimes,
    and i read that on another page too. Here are images of my settings. Please help thank you!
    I also tried to unistall/ reinstall and use beta version
