Gnome Female==> Dwarf male & Troll male

Hi,could somebody help me finding these two conversions plz?
There's a lot of gnome conversions in these pages but i didn't found the one i want.

Here you go:

Gnome Female to Dwarf Male

Put it in your World of Warcraft\Data folder and rename it to patch-z.mpq.
Start WoW with the ModelEditFix.exe.
Have Fun

hmm, downloaded it, i did everything as usual but this patch doesn't want to work :s.
Maybe it only works for english folders, maybe cuz i'm french player it makes the difference .
