Smite's Mighty Hammer > Warglaive of Azzinoth

I was wondering if someone could change the Smite's Mighty Hammer to look like the Main Hand Warglaive of Azzinoth.

I tryed it myself but i could not find the codes for Smite's Mighty Hammer in my model view.

Edit* If you can't make it for me could you please give me the codes for the Smite's Mighty Hammer because I found the codes for the Warglaive of Azzinoth. So that I could try it for myself, I'm new to this.

Woot I figured it our by myself :P

One question tho if I want everything to go back to normal can i just delete my Item folder I made with the weapon change in it and and the patch I made?
