[Request] Gnome Female NPC Skin Reskin

Hello,
I want that female gnomes use the alternative NPC skin instead.
The thing is, such a patch already exists, made by Zilem but it is not compatible with TBC 2.4.3.
I've tried to resize the the images to a 2.4.3 compatible format, yet everytime I save it as patch-3.MPQ, and run wow with it, my character gets loaded with just blackness as skin or even uses random things as texture instead?

What did I do wrong, or could someone aid me in fixing this?

Basically I just need to make the Patch by Zilem to be compatible with TBC.
Whatever I do, I end up with buggy textures or my WoW crashes...
