skinning problem

im reskinning the warlock T2 set, all the parts have worked except the upper leg. I used the same method as i did all the other parts that work. Ive deleted it and redone it but still no good. here is a screen of what it looks like. Any ideas on how to fix it?

edit: ok i found out its the belt thats causing the problem, but why i still dont no.
