Can't fix baldness, DBC editting.

So I've been messing around with DBC editting trying to change a character to not be bald, but I can't get it to work. I extracted the DBC using MWCS, converted it with the DBCUtil, changed the last value from 0(bald) to 1(not bald) in all of the 8(troll) rows, converted it back with DBCUtil, made it into a mpq with MWCS and put it in the Data folder, but nothing has changed. Anyone see something I did wrong?
