MageScorch -> Incinerate

i wan my 1.5 sec of scorch to look like incinerate

Think that'll be abit tricky since the Incinerate atleast got something flying towards the opponent, while Scorch just pops up there. Scorch should just contain of some "fire-precast" + "fire-hit" or something. But it's possible to change the Fireball atleast.
