Creature Swap Read Extra .blp Files Question

I'm in the process of trying to force the Felguard to be Lady Sacrolash. I'm having trouble finding information on how to force the files to read from extra blp files as the Lady Sacrolash model contains 3 extra skin files for armor / skin / hair that are needed for it to work is my guess.

Ive only gotten as far as performing the swap but I need to force it to read from extra .blp files, can anyone point me in the right direction?
