Game crash on loading model edit

That's the edit in question. It changes the blood elf models, or at least I'm trying to make it do that.
Though whenever I get to the point of selecting a blood elf in character creation or try to load a previously created blood elf, the game crashes.
Any idea why?

EDIT: Using it as wow-update-base-53001.MPQ in /data/ folder gives the #132 crash
