1.12.1 Model Swap

Hello,
i just started to play around with MPQ's and tried to change male gnomes to male humans.
My first attempt was switching the m2 only with the following output:

.... and damn it scared the hell out of me.
My next attempt was extracting the blp files from

Character\Human

and renaming every blp containing HumanMale to GnomeMale aswell every folder containing Human to Gnome which worked out pretty good.
The face began to get a better shape but there are stil mistakes:

For which reason there are stil empty parts in the face? I got all blp's related to human and changed them succesfully to gnome.
Is there anything else I forgot?

Also:
Is there any way to only change gnome characters and not the npc's or in best case only my own character?
After adding the character gnome blp's the faces of npc's are stil horrible. Do I have to take the Creature Human blp's to fix this? Im pretty confused here.

Looks like you are missing the blps for the facial hair.

You can find those in the texture.MPQ in the directory:
CHARACTER\Human\

You should see a bunch there. Just have to sift through the ones you need.

If that doesn't work then /shrug.
