Hand Glow Still Possible?

Hello, I was just wondering if there is anyway to get the old hand glow from the scroll technique or anything similar to it, If anybody could help me out with this it'd be awesome.

I was thinking about doing something like changing it so when I got Battleshout up, or am in a stance (Battlestance, Beserker Stance, Defensive Stance) it could make my hands glow. Another thing is maybe I could replace Fiery Enchant effect to make my hands glow. One spell I know about that makes your hands glow is a paladin retribution talent called "Vengeance" theres probably others that I don't know about.

So if anyone could help me do anything like this it'd rock. I'm a warrior.
