Draenei: Possible to change horn geosets?

I replied to a guide here, but I can't figure out how to do exactly this.. No answers was posted after I asked either. ><

That guide was for making horns work with X -> Draenei Female modelswaps, though.

But anyways, if anyone knows what file and what values to edit to get the horn geosets changed, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks ^_^
