Corrupt Model for Blood Elf Face Edit

I'll be brief.

Using the BLPc, converted .blps of blood elf faces to .jpegs. Edited eyes in photoshop.



Upon converting recolored .jpegs back to .blps and implementing the modified files, this happened

(yes it's a remodeled draenei model with a human character creation background. basically a "high elf")

Later, tried converting the .jpegs to .pngs and from there to .blps, same issue. Files are labeled properly but are somehow corrupt.

Help. What do?

must be a PNG to BLP
Jpeg dose not work with the converter
Make sure the name is of the correct file name of the thing before converting.
