[Reskin] Custom Map and NPCs not interacting

Hey there Ownedcore,

I would like to say first off I don't like to ask for help, especially when there are great guides on this site as well as others, but I am completely stuck on this issue.

Basically what I did was make a custom map (725), registered it with both the server .dbc as well as making a custom patch with the .adts and such in it. The problem I am having is NPCs that are spawned on the custom map do not interact with players, mainly when engaged in combat. Is there anyway to fix this problem? I would really like to use my custom area for an instance, but that can't happen if the mobs don't attack.
