Adamantite / Rich Adamanite change

I've been looking around for a guide, but they're all out of date, so I thought I'd ask for help here.

Being a Miner and a Herbalist, I often miss veins and herbs. I was wondering if someone could do a model change, that changes all Fel Iron Deposits, Adamantite Deposits and Rich Adamantite Deposits into Ragnaros, so I could just keep Track Herbs up.

Or if someone could just point me in the right direction of an up-to-date guide, I'd appreciate it.
